Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or new arrivals, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, delays, or carrier volume — things outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your label is created.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Pinnacle & Pine is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the postal service or shipping carriers

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with:

  • Neighbors

  • Your local post office

  • Household members

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Pinnacle & Pine is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If the package returns to us, we can reship it — additional shipping costs may vary.
