Refund policy

At Pinnacle & Pine, we want you to feel confident and wild-hearted in every piece you bring home. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Please note: We do not offer refunds at this time.

To qualify for store credit or an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pinnacle & Pine is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with your store credit or exchange confirmation.
